2. Service Usage Rules and Restrictions

• ✓ Connection Limits: You may only use the number of simultaneous device connections permitted by your purchased plan (e.g., a 1-Screen plan cannot be used on two TVs at the same time).
• ✓ No Restreaming: Sharing, cloning, restreaming, or reselling your Xtream Codes API credentials or M3U link is a direct violation of our policy.

3. Billing, Payments, and Subscriptions

Under our standard Terms and Conditions, all pricing listed on UltraIPTV Canada is in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We operate on a pre-paid subscription model with absolutely no hidden fees and no automatic recurring charges. When your 1, 3, 6, or 12-month term ends, your service simply expires unless you manually renew it.

5. Quality of Service and Technical Requirements

We strive to maintain a 99.9% server uptime. However, UltraIPTV Canada cannot be held responsible for buffering, freezing, or downtime caused by factors outside our direct control. This includes your Internet Service Provider (ISP) throttling IPTV traffic, inadequate home Wi-Fi signal, or outdated streaming hardware.

For optimal 4K and FHD streaming, we mandate a minimum stable internet connection speed of 30 Mbps. We strongly recommend connecting your Android Box, Smart TV, or Firestick directly to your router via an Ethernet cable rather than relying on Wi-Fi.

6. Governing Law Under These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts in all disputes arising out of your access to our network.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
